Honestly? You were right to be suspicious of AI ๐Ÿค–

Hello ,

Unpopular opinion incoming.

The women who didnโ€™t sprint headfirst into AI the second the internet started foaming at the mouth about it?

Honestly, fair enough.

Because most AI advice was absolute nonsense.

It was basically:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Open ChatGPT.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Type, โ€œwrite me a caption about my business.โ€

๐Ÿ‘‰ Receive something that sounds like a LinkedIn bro and a year 10 business student raised it together.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Spend 45 minutes trying to beat it back into your actual voice.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Decide AI is creepy, generic, and not worth the hassle.

Reasonable conclusion, to be honest.

Because that version of AI was never going to work for women like you.

โŒ Not because youโ€™re bad at tech.

โŒ Not because you โ€œdonโ€™t get it.โ€

โŒ Not because you missed the boat.

Because the advice skipped the most important bit.

Clarity first.

Tools second.

AI without a clear brand voice, a defined audience, and a job for the content to do is just a very fast way to produce polished nonsense.

๐Ÿ˜– Pretty words.

๐Ÿ˜– Zero pulse.

๐Ÿ˜– No texture.

๐Ÿ˜– No actual connection.

Like a caption written by someone whoโ€™s technically awake but spiritually absent.

So no, you werenโ€™t wrong to hesitate.

You were right to be suspicious.

You were protecting yourself from sounding like every other beige, buzzwordy account on the internet, and frankly, I support that.

The problem was never AI itself.

It was the order people were using it in.

Because when you hand AI a blank brief, it gives you bland output.

But when it has your voice, your audience, your offers, your tone, and a clear purpose to work with?

Everything changes.

Thatโ€™s when it stops sounding like a robot in a blazer.

Thatโ€™s when it starts sounding like a very efficient version of you.

Thatโ€™s exactly how we use it inside The Edit.

โŒ Not as a shortcut for thinking.

โŒ Not as a replacement for your brain.

โŒ Not as some weird content vending machine spitting out lifeless captions while you stare at the screen wondering why it all feels a bit dead behind the eyes.

We use it properly.

๐Ÿ’œ With the right inputs.

๐Ÿ’œ In the right order.

๐Ÿ’œ Inside a freedom content setup that actually reflects your brand, your voice, and the way you work in real life.

Thatโ€™s when AI becomes useful.

๐Ÿ’œ Quiet.

๐Ÿ’œ Fast.

๐Ÿ’œ Supportive.

Like a very organised assistant who doesnโ€™t need a debrief, a snack, or a follow-up voice note.

So if youโ€™ve been side-eyeing AI from across the room like it once personally insulted your intelligence, I get it.

You werenโ€™t behind.

You were cautious.

Thereโ€™s a difference.
