Hey ,
Most people know me for my regular social posts and content. Since we've had a 1:1 chat, you know I work with a small number of leaders much more closely; I thought you might be interested in a recent update.
It's a 10-week program I'm running for a small group of leaders who want to grow their impact and build stronger, more capable teams in a more structured fashion. I call it the Leadership Accelerator Program.
I haven't promoted it much — it’s just for people who are ready for deeper work and real growth. You came to mind.
If you’re:
- Feeling like you could be doing more, but something's holding you back,
- Leading a team that’s good but not quite firing on all cylinders,
- Looking to lead in a more intentional, confident way…
…then this might be a good fit.
There are a maximum of 10 places available per group. Want to take a look and see if it resonates?

Of course, if you have any questions or want to chat first, just reply to this email. I’ll keep it between us.
Cheers,
—Ian
