- What is working?
-Do more of that.
- What is not working?
-Do less of that.
Your homework this week: Choose one thing you are trying to improve. What is working? What is not working? Now make a plan to do more of the former and less of the latter.
Unless you like to struggle and be stagnant. In which case you should keep doing the same shit that ends in frustration.
