Hello ,
Been back in the Gold Coast exactly a week now and as I settle back into the rhythm of life here, there's this beautiful dance between structure and spontaneity that I'm still learning to navigate.
This week has been rather full of surprises — the client who dropped by with strawberry tarts, the unexpected conversation that stretched beautifully, the random message that arrived with answers to questions I've quietly asked.
Taking a moment to write this email to you, I am reminded of how all the best moments this week happened in the spaces I hadn't planned for.
Magic really doesn't make appointments.
It shows up in the gap between my colour coded calendar, in the yes to an uncalled invitation, and in the moment I almost filled with another task but decided to leave open instead.
I'm realising how much fuller life can feel when we leave a little breathing room for serendipity.
So here's my invitation to you, what if you left one hour this week completely open?
Not as a to-do item, just as space for whatever wants to emerge.
Maybe it's rest.
Maybe it's connection.
Maybe it's something you haven't even imagined yet.
And if your open space happens to align with this Sunday morning, and if something calls you to sit in sacred sound meditation, I'd love to see you there.
But whether it's our session or something else entirely, the invitation is the same: Trust that making space isn't wasted time.
It's how we stay available for the magic that wants to find us.
