Hi ,
I know inboxes can get a little crowded, so I’ll keep this one light.
I reached out recently because businesses in health, fitness, and wellness often have the hard part already handled, the expertise, the care, the results, and the real value people are looking for.
But sometimes the digital side is doing that awkward thing where it just hasn’t quite caught up yet.
One thought that stayed with me is this:
