Heya lovely ,
I’ll keep this short because my energy is low too. I’ve been rather busy running around, consultations, doing lots of in-store research, another awesome Personal Shopping Support session. An amazing and very full week.
But.
Actual decision fatigue. Helpful and fulfilling, yes. Draining, also yes.
And then we had the new moon yesterday. Plus all the retrogrades. And the weather has been doing it's usual exhausting dance.
No wonder so many people feel a bit flat.
If you’re tired this week, here’s some ideas on what I'm doing to simplify my life and stop trying to "fit it all in".
- Throw on a smart casual Summer dress (the outfit with the least resistance)
- Clean lines, minimal accessories, easy footwear. Not complicated ideas
- Focus on including sufficient rest time daily... feet up, no digital distraction. I find it gives me necessary processing time
- Reviewing the week ahead with a realistic eye. Reducing commitments to the ones I WANT to (not should) do. Letting go of the rest.
Be gentle with yourself. Give yourself the time to pause. It's an investment that really pays off. Energy will come.
