Exposing My Lead Generation Agency's Offer (And How You Can Replicate It)

Hey !
First off, I want to apologize for not writing a newsletter for almost a month - Delhi NCR has a nasty viral going around, so please be aware and stay safe! 😷
Now, let's dive into the juicy stuff. As you might know, I run two businesses - a YouTube Consultation agency and a Lead Generation Agency. Today, I want to focus on the Lead Generation Agency, as I know that's what most of you are interested in anyway.
So, here's the deal: I offer B2B businesses Lead Generation Services with a promise to reach out to 4,000 leads per month via cold email, with a minimum goal of 10-12 qualified meetings (the exact number depends on the niche and offer difficulty so 10-12 is a humble goal). This offer is pretty similar to what other agencies are offering.
Here's the catch: the client is responsible for buying the domains, email accounts, and cold email tool (like Instantly, Smartlead, or any other tool) separately. The leads are sourced by us.
My process starts with getting the accounts ready for a 2-week warmup period. During this time, I ask clients to fill out a form to provide info on their case studies, current offer, target market, lead criteria, and any dream clients they want to pursue.
Pro tip: Never send your first campaigns to your dream clients. Think of your campaigns as a spear - it needs to be sharpened and perfected before you go after the big fish! 🎣
Based on the form data, I write 5 variations of cold emails for the client to review and approve. Once that's done, we send the first 1,000 leads those 5 emails as test drafts to gauge open rates, response rates, and meeting book rates.
My team monitors the responses and books meetings whenever we get a positive reply (using a Zap to alert us on Slack). Once we identify the winning campaign, we add some spintax and send it to the remaining 3,000 leads and the dream clients.
If you're thinking about starting your own lead generation agency, feel free to use this model and adapt it to your needs.
And if you want my agency to handle this for you,
Now, you might be wondering, "But Div, you sell your services to the international market. Why do you want Indian clients?" The answer is simple: I have a GST number, and I need to show some Indian sales to keep it active.
Before I go, I want to give a shout-out to my good friend Srestha. With a little help in lead gen, she cracked 2 deals worth $3,000 last month! 🎉
Keep an eye out for my next email, where I'll be sharing more insider tips and strategies.
Until then, keep grinding! 💪
Best,
Div Sharma
