Back after a long battle + a gift for you

First off, I want to apologise for being missing in action for so long. I know it’s been a while since you heard from me, and I owe you an explanation.

Last year, I was all set to take IC Framework and our community to the next level. But life had other plans. My health took a serious hit—I was bed-ridden for months because of a spinal injury. I could only work lying on my stomach. It wasn’t just physically tough, but mentally exhausting too.

But I’m on the mend now. I’ve started taking real care of my body—no more countless hours on the chair, I am eating right, getting proper sleep, and treating exercise like it’s my daily medicine.

I’m still waiting for the doctor’s green signal to be able to pick up my daughter again, but I’m hopeful that day is not far.


Now, even though things were tough, I found a goldmine during this downtime—a service that doesn’t need a big team to deliver. I started offering deliverability consulting to my clients. It’s something even other lead gen agencies can sell without the headache of full-scale fulfilment. And if you run any other business, here’s my tip for the day: niche down and sell just one part of your service, but go super deep. For example, offer a detailed Social Media Audit or a CRO service—whatever you’re best at. Focus on depth, not just breadth.


I also started taking on lead gen clients again. Fun fact: I got a reply on day one of sending emails, in the ultra-competitive website design niche.
