How my friend's CA firm went from spam to inbound leads

Not everyone converted to a paid client directly. But the ones that did were way more than last time.
The point was to get people INTO his funnel - warm, willing, and already trusting him before a single sales conversation.
Compare that to last year: spam folder, 1% reply rate, burned number.
The difference was one thing: give before you ask.
The checklist did the trust-building. His main number did the closing.
Here's the framework behind it:
- Timing Hook - create urgency without being pushy ("deadline is coming up")
- Pain Agitation - name the problem they already feel
- Blame Reframe - remove shame, make them lean in ("not complicated, nobody told them")
- Specific Free Resource - concrete deliverable, not vague
- Effort Minimizer - kill the "is this worth my time" objection
- Frictionless CTA - one word, pre-filled message, instant reward
This works for any B2B business. CA firm, cold email agency, recruitment firm, SaaS - doesn't matter.
The channel is WhatsApp. The mechanic is the lead magnet. The result is inbound.
