Hope 2024 is off to an epic start for you so far.

I just wrapped up the holidays cooking up a storm for family and friends. Both my agencies are thriving with 4 new YouTube/video editing clients and 2 new lead gen clients on board.

Outreach is on hold for the holidays, but will resume next week. Just sending warm holiday wishes to leads for now.

The holidays are a time for gratitude. I'm currently reading an incredible book by Ali Abdaal.

Ali invited buyers of his book that bought it before December 30, 2023 (including me!) to an exclusive annual planning workshop this Saturday with 36,000 people. For those not on the list, I'll be sure to share key takeaways in next week's email.

One of my goals for this month is to push 10 videos on my own YouTube channel and for that I need your help - if you could please share what you thought was missing in ICF, I'd try my level best to create a video on said topic, If I don't I would respond to your email with an answer.

That DM is nowhere near perfect but it did give some good results. So why did it work?

• Built authority with a verified IG account and 4K+ followers
• Niche-relevant case study
• Casual, personalized language
• Simple call-to-action

The key in 2024 is creating content around your service offering.
