It's 24 hours until the RTSL operates again. The throttles all have fresh batteries. The cars have all been loaded and checked. The drinks are getting chilled. The lighting is set.

If you have been here before, there is a minor change to the flow of operations. During previous sessions, I have informally guided the order of operations. This session I am going to take a leading role as a Trainmaster/Dispatcher, helping to guide "what's next" during the session. I am open to feedback.

If you have never been here before, as my FIL said when he first met me, "Good Luck!"

You have signed up as 1 of 4 operators for this Friday's operations session at the Riverside Transfer Shortline Railroad. Please reach out to me is any issues arise.

The doors will open at 6:30pm (or whenever you arrive), with the first train leaving at 7:00pm. We will operate for approximately 3 hours.
