May 1st In Person Event Details | May 2023

Hello

We look forward to meeting you at the first In-Person Manhattan Modelers Meetup.

The layout that we will be visiting is the Delaware and Susquehanna created by Phil Monat. Please check out the Island Ops or Operating Session (dot com) links for more information on the layout.

The meet will take place on May 1st, starting at 7pm and ending at approximately 9pm.

The layout is located at 3125 Independance Ave. Please enter via the garage on 232nd street, the door will be opened when you can enter. When entering the house, go to the left, and we will meet in the crew lounge. Please do not enter the layout area unattended.

There are both cats and a dog that live in the house. The cats are not allowed in the layout room, so if you see one, let Phil know. If you see the dog, they appreciate pets, but the dog is no longer allowed to run trains so do not give them a throttle.

While not clear if we still need to state this, pease follow all CDC CV-19 guidelines. If you are sick, are feeling sick, might be sick, please do not attend the event. This is a NYC area layout and space is limited/tight.
