Can’t believe 2020 is about to be over! I will undoubtedly go down as one of the craziest years ever. . 2020 was not ideal for many of us and I am ready for a new start, followed with a new mindset. . What 3 things are you wanting to see happen for you this upcoming year? . I for one want to be more consistent in my work, I guess in a word, more disciplined! . Also I want to focus on my overall health ?? again and that all starts with eating and ? sleeping better. . Lastly I want to really focus on living in the moment and enjoying the small things in life better. ?

Why would this home not sell!? ??‍♂️ In one simple phrase, “if it’s not compelling, it’s not selling!” ? . To be more specific either the price of the home or some special feature of the home makes you go wow! . The best case scenario would be to have a clean, organized home that is priced very competitively. . Now you might think that be pricing it competitively you would be leaving money ? on the table, but in fact, this will cause the home to be seen by more buyers, usually causing the home to go above asking price.

The holidays are all about family. My boy is growing up soo fast ? I can’t believe he’s almost a year old!!!
