Dear HPOA Member,
We appreciate everyone’s patience. We are glad that we could open the pool on Memorial Day as promised. The unpredictable weather hampered our efforts to get the pool ready sooner.
The pool deck, chairs, and tables have been power washed and deep cleaned in the pool house. There are still a few items that will be taken care of over the next few weeks.
In the meantime, everyone that has taken care of their POA dues should be good to go with your keycards. If you have problems, we will work with you to get them fixed. Finally, if you need a new keycard/FOB, the replacement cost is $5/$10.

We have made slight modifications to our pool rules and will have a new sign up on the pool deck soon.
Most of it is common sense stuff, but here are a few of the more important rules.
There is no Lifeguard on Duty - Swim at Your Own Risk
If inclement weather, including lightning, the pool will be closed.
No glass on the pool deck, period.
No tobacco products or Vaping at the pool.
All trash for any pavilion event needs to be taken back to your home. If you use the grill, you must clean the grill.
No eating or drinking in the pool.
All HOA Members are responsible for their guests at all times. If your guest causes a problem that will end up being a problem for you and your access to the pool.
No animals on the pool deck except for service animals.
Any person suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited from entering the pool facility.
HOA Management reserves the right to remove anyone that breaks these rules.
Unless otherwise noted the Pool Closes at 9 PM.
Please do not park your car in the pool parking lot overnight without first receiving permission from the HOA Board.
We also sent this message on our official Facebook Page. If you know someone that is not receiving emails from us please let us know. We can add their information to our email list. Please have them email [email protected] with the subject line - Add me to HOA Email List.
Thank you and please be safe this Pool Season.
