What is the most supportive environment for devilish thoughts?

A mind which is unoccupied.

The idle-mind works against your self-interest. It lives with worry. It finds shade under fear and doubt.

Yet, the real life hack is simply...

...a good/bad filter.

Ask yourself, "Is this thing I'm about to do 'good for me?'"

If yes, execute. If no, do not execute.

But you have to be 100% honest with yourself. Some individuals will rationalize how eating a Twinkie is somehow good for them.

When you lie to yourself you deprive yourself of growth.

Success isn't hard. Conquering your mind is.

If you suffer from procrastination then you have to follow the "do it NOW' rule. Otherwise, it won't get done.
