Jack, From Twitter, Needs a Chill Pill!
Oct 01, 2020 10:26 pm
Should activism be encouraged at the workplace?
My answer:
HELL TO THE NAH NAH!
Coinbase CEO recently stated that their corporation is going to provide an apolitical environment, which inherently bans any political activism at the workplace.
Jack, CEO and founder of Twitter, criticized this decision.
In an over-educated word salad, Jack proclaims,
"#Bitcoin (aka “crypto”) is direct activism against an unverifiable and exclusionary financial system which negatively affects so much of our society. Important to at *least* acknowledge and connect the related societal issues your customers face daily. This leaves people behind:"
Bitcoin isn't activism.
Activism is disruption.
Activism is literally a distraction. It's fundamentally a distraction from the real solutions. It sets humanity back decades upon decades.
Any good which comes from activism will be outweighed by the terrible.
You don't want activism. You want innovation.
Bitcoin is innovation. Innovation provides alternatives.
There's no need to rage against the machine when you have your own.
If activists spent more time innovating, like Satoshi (Bitcoin's mysterious creator), instead of protesting and complaining, like good little socialist sheep, a multitude of life's problems would vanish.
The political climate, in 2020, is way too volatile, intense, divisive and dangerous to allow a space for it at a workplace, if its employees are not politically homogeneous, openly.
The left has made bi-partisan discourse impossible and therefore the workplace would be too uncomfortable for people who think differently or even question the "mainstream" (fakestream) views.
I need Jack to take a chill pill. Not even a red pill. He needs to start with a chill pill.
He's taking this "activist" thing way too far and he's going to assist the digression of America by backing divisive ideas.
Jack, if you're reading this, you've provided us with great tools, like Twitter. THAT was revolutionary! Forcing people into activism is Trotskyism and totalitarian.
God gave each individual free will, which no man should impose upon. Let political activism be optional.
Some people are just getting by, financially and emotionally. Why add stress to an already stressed population.
If Twitter wants activism, you can do what you want at your company.
But the rest of us are EXHAUSTED!
The left has worn us all out.
If you ask the left what's going on in the world, they'll say, "the sky is falling!"
How many times are they going to claim the world is ending due to climate change?
We're stressed. We're tired. Leave us alone.
Let us raise our families in peace. We don't want to feed into what the media says we should. We want peace of mind.
So, if some corporations want to ban activism and politics at the workplace, let them. Everyone has the right to govern themselves. It's called LIBERTY!
Maybe if Jack read "The Unbreakable Rules of Masculinity", he wouldn't be so reactive to the world's problems. Maybe he wouldn't be so easily emotionally manipulated.
