For the people in those areas, tension is probably unbearable.

So much so, they will be pushed over the edge.

So, what do will you do, as the effects of isolated unrest infects your social strata, and spreads like a whorish rumor?

The worse the world becomes the more "the conscious ones (Hoteps)" must raise their frequency.

Our level must be raised one more degree. One more rung. One more graduation.

The chatter of the matrix is an energy center.

But if one becomes OF the matrix and allows the matrix to consume / control them then they lose the power to bend the matrix to their benefit.

No matter what you do, this energy will exist.
