Winning in business basically comes down to one thing.
Priorities.
But there are so many moving parts to every business and moving parts within those parts.
Some will boost your biz with blazing speed and others will sadly putt-putt along.
The other problem with priorities is, if you pick the wrong one you'll be headed in the wrong direction. And often you'll be speeding at over 100 mph in that wrong direction.
This makes a consultant's life difficult because we now have to turn your car around and head ALLLLL the way back to the beginning just to get you headed in the right direction, landing you in a barren wasteland.
Other times it's like working on the engine of a car when you have no experience. You're probably going to assemble something wrong and now you have a car that won't even start.
