The Easiest Way to Sell Something

The six-figure earning 20-something white male proclaims on Twitter that the easiest way to sell something is to email and then close the deal on the phone.
He's close but not accurate...
He makes the case that creating a funnel and content marketing strategy are 'harder.'
I'm not so sure that they are harder but they can increase the time of the sales cycle. And they can give you more work than other methods.
Albeit, the above, once set up, is the easiest way to sell.
Afterall, I make thousands while I sleep because of my fancy one-of-a-kind funnel.
If you've ever seen the movie "The Big Short", one scene features young men making six-figures by selling mortgage loans.
That was me at 20. I sold those predatory loans, unknowingly.
This was from 2001-2008.
We had warm leads which came with homeowner's information on paper or hot leads that came live over the phone.
Or you could put in the hard work for bigger money with a cold call list (I was great at cold-calling).
The majority of our deals were closed over the phone. Many times we never even saw the faces of our clients.
But the easiest way to close one of these loans, was to put on your best suit and go to their house.
The closing percentages were much higher than usual if you could get a client face to face.
This allows them to 'feel your energy' and look you in the eye, which builds trust.
And trust is what sells.
So, what's easier than closing someone via email and phone? A face-to-face sales pitch.
These youngs kids pampered by the internet know nothing about that.
Anyway, if you want to learn how to build trust with a simple web page and social media account, which stuffs America's greenbacks into your pocket while you peacefully dream about your biggest desires, join us at the Mogul Summit.
If you want to pick at this my genius brain of mine, this is the only way to do so (at least affordably)!
