The (2) Most Important Times of Your Day!

Thank you for this email and all emails, really.
There is one thing consistent for me : the messages I require to apply with FULL DEDICATION show up in many ways through the course of the day.
I've been present to this over the last 5 days - to reset and sleep early, wake up early and knock out the best of day between 5 and 8 am.
All that you say : workout, prayer/meditation/ mantra-goal manifestation = totally works .
The day is disruptive (although productive) when ending it with social media and starting the day with the 'let's run' attitude. >> leads to burn out and inefficiency. In other words: unwise decisions or not the best of them is more probable.
I am clear on what works as it's been done before and stoked to attend to this little detail which compounds to success.
I declare to stay off of non-preparation activities and social media in my last and first hour of the day.

She really nailed it at the end there.
That first and last hour are sooooo crucial!
We all know about that first hour but that last hour is highly 'slept on.'
You don't want to go to sleep with negative thoughts swirling around your subconscious dome. They may even manifest in your dreams and ruin a good night's slumber.
This is simply another mindset hack for you.
