As I further contemplate on how to optimize myself, I find myself mulling over the beginnings of my day more and more.

The phone, AKA the life zapper, zaps all of your time.

So, I came up with a new challenge!

Let's see how much and what I get done before I even pick up my device for the first time of the day.

It feels like a completely different kind of day.

It's refreshingly new!

These devices are almost mandatory...if you're an entrepreneur (or a consumer).

My day revolves around communication.

The texts, emails, DMs, podcasts, interviews, meetings, tweets, and conferences are endless.

I call it "The bubble."

Inside that bubble is "the market."

Outside of that bubble is your life.

What you do with "The bubble" will determine the experiences or lack of experiences, in your life.
