Life Ain't Easy For Leaders

Not everyone is fit to be a leader.
Not everyone possesses the selflessness required.
To be a leader is to live for others. Otherwise, you're only a tyrant or a dictator.
Everything a leader does is a reflection of the group. Everyone associated with the leader inherits the responsibility of the leader's mistakes and flaws.
To be a leader is to balance your own desires with the desires of your nation. This is more than a difficult task. Again, not everyone is fit to be a leader.
Your decorum in the public setting will set the frame with which people perceive the wolf pack.
Leaders make mistakes. But the important thing is to learn from them and then have the passion to move on and not get discouraged and quit.
I'm working on this leader thing.
For a long time I refused the role but unfortunately (fortunately) I've been granted this responsibility.
It is something that I cannot avoid no matter how hard I try. Because if I did not, it would be a waste of potential and ultimately selfish.
Again, being a leader is to be selfless.
People depend on the leader. To refuse to do your part to drive humanity forward is, again, selfish.
I was born selfless. It's who I am. I have grown to accept it.
So, I accept the responsibility of being a leader and I commit to using the best parts of me to drive humanity forward, instead of the nefarious games my ego loves to play.
I have to get better and I will.
