Good evening to ya! Been getting very frustrated trying to export the video version of latest Hoopsfix podcast all day and it has finally just worked on the 4th attempt!

🎙 Podcast: Sam Alajiki

Video version of this should be up in the next 30 minutes, but the audio should have been in your feeds first thing this morning. Was good to chat to another young prospect - as I get older I realise it is good to recognise I am not as down the kids as I once was and so it's good to have these convos to get into their mindset and have a better understanding of how they think. Alajiki has all the physical tools - 6'7", 7'2 wingspan and 44 inch max vert - so will be fascinating to see how he does at Cal. Great convo with good insight into the focus so many kids have on wanting to take the US high school route (despite it having been proven unnecessary by many!).

🏆 Riders claim WBBL Cup

Leicester Riders claimed their first WBBL Cup title after overcoming Sevenoaks Suns with a 78-67 victory in Friday’s final, in Manchester. Katie Oliver picked up MVP, whilst rising star Holly Winterburn finished with a near triple double - check her highlights.
