🎙 Podcast: Warwick Cann

Another full episode from one of the snippets you might have seen on the 100th episode, Warwick was a much-requested guest and I really enjoyed discussing his time in the UK. Had a lot of interesting views - particularly the ease of which people can set up clubs here without certain pre-requisites and how that can be detrimental - but yeah, if you're interested in performance pathways and general state of the game stuff, worth a listen!

🏆 BBL & WBBL Finals Set

And it will be a Newcastle and London match up in both, as Newcastle dominated the second leg with league winners Leicester and London overturned a 12-point deficit against Plymouth to set up the BBL Final on Sunday, while 7th seeded Eagles booked their spot with the London Lions in the WBBL Final. Brad has been churning out content on the WBBL side - so have a scroll through here to indulge!

🥇 End of Season Awards

The BBL Defensive Team of the Year, All British team, BBL Team of the Year are out, whilst Geno Crandall picked up the BJA's Player of the Year of Award. Holly Winterburn picked up her 3rd straight Young Player of the Year along with a unanimous selection to the British Team of the Year, the WBBL Team of the Year has 3 first time selections, Joyner got a 2nd selection to the All-Defensive team, whilst the BJA also revealed their award winners, with Kennedy Leonard taking top honours. Official MVPs coming tomorrow!
