🌎 #WorldBasketballDay

Today marks the historic first-ever World Basketball Day after it became the first team sport to receive the global recognition and prestigious honour from the UN. I think it's a great idea, have long wanted something like this in the UK - my only preference would be for it to fall in the middle of term time to better engage with schools!

🌟 BBL & WBBL Hall of Fame coming

The league have announced the launch of the League’s first-ever Hall of Fame, which will honour and recognise individuals from the Men’s and Women’s Leagues who have made a significant contribution to the sport in the UK since their inceptions in 1987 and 2014.

🇺🇸 Grant Hill says USA will bring 'best of best' to London

We got the chance to speak with USA Men's National Team Director Grant Hill on top of the O2 Arena last Friday, in a promo tour for the games next summer against Germany and South Sudan. Some nice tidbits, including him keeping an eye on the British Basketball League's progress...
