Unfortunately, in today’s culture, cooking is a lost skill that has been replaced by fast food, quick-fix meals, and TV dinners. Not that I have anything against such things, but cooking at home is a lot healthier and a lot cheaper too!
Teaching your children how to cook will be messy and it will take much, much longer than usual. Even so, I love cooking with my children! I want to make sure they have every opportunity to learn even with the messes that may come with it.
