And a reality check if I'm completely honest with you. Sometimes I feel like I'm doing life in my own strength and I get so easily distracted. Instead of focusing on the One who holds me, I get caught up in circumstances. Can you relate?
Parenting is often full of sanctification moments. I'm not talking about for the kids, I'm talking about for me! One thing I can guarantee (and that I relearn over and over again) is that we will NOT be empowered to raise successful and God-fearing children all on our own without relying on Christ.
Parenting God’s way requires humility and reliance on Him, on the good days and on the bad, starting with practical wisdom from His Word.
