It's time to get personal about our marriage....

Hey, !
We are celebrating our anniversary! TWELVE years ago, today, we got married on a beautifully warm and sunny day in Palm Desert, California!

In 12 years we have grown and matured in more ways than we can count. But let me tell you something. A great marriage isn’t built overnight. We’ve had some rough patches over the years. And to be honest, there were times when we weren't sure if things would work out.
But here’s one thing we are sure of. Love covers a multitude of sins. And not just any love. I’m talking about the love of Jesus Christ, the ONLY love that will never fail.
Our marriage is built with Jesus as our solid, non-negotiable foundation. In a culture that doesn’t really hold much value to marriage, especially Biblical marriage, we’ve had to cultivate, protect and WORK on this precious marriage covenant.
Here are a few ways we've cultivated our marriage:
✅ Marriage counseling
✅ Pastoral counseling
✅ Family Worship
✅ Prayer…SO much prayer!
✅ Forgiveness
Although our foundation is solid, we had to (and continue to) work out “things” in our marriage. A successful marriage takes work and the best thing about our story is that God is faithful. God took two imperfect people and continues to faithfully transform our marriage into something quite beautiful.
Here we are today with our 3 beautiful children!
