I've been putting off sending this email for a while. It's nothing bad, but I'm making a big change around here. So, what's the change you ask?

I'm changing the name of my blog back to Homegrown Motherhood!

If you've been here for a while, you know that prior to being A Family Devoted, the blog was called Homegrown Motherhood. Back in March of this year, I let you all know that my husband Steven needed to step away from the blogging sphere and that I would be a solo blogger once again.

Since that change in March, I have debated about going back to the name Homegrown Motherhood but ultimately decided to stick with A Family Devoted. But as time went on, I just kept getting that gut check feeling that the name did not portray the mission of what God has called me to do with this blog.

After a lot of prayer and mostly wrestling with myself, I have to follow God's lead on this.

My mission for Homegrown Motherhood is to encourage moms to cultivate their homes with joyful intention through biblical motherhood, homeschooling, artful homemaking on a dime, and family discipleship.

Basically, I want to help you cultivate a Gospel-centered home in a lost world.

How can you help me with this?

You are officially my consultant. Kidding, not kidding! I love to hear your thoughts and ideas. I love to consult with my readers to see where you are in life and how I can help. I'm blessed that you allow me to come inside of your email inbox each week and we get to "chat". A lot of you also respond to my emails which blesses me as well!
