Hey, !

A new homeschool year brings plenty to think about. There are curriculum choices to make, supplies to gather, schedules to consider, and spaces to organize. But as I've been preparing for another homeschool year, I've been reminded that getting ready involves more than simply checking things off a school supply list. We also need to prepare our hearts and our homes.

That's why I wrote Back to Homeschool Prep: Organizing Your Space, Heart, and Home. In this post, I'm sharing practical ways to prepare for the new school year while keeping our focus on what matters most.

A new school year doesn't have to begin with everything perfectly organized. Sometimes the best preparation is simply taking a step back, praying over the year ahead, and making a little room for what God is calling us to do in this season.

If you're getting ready to begin another homeschool year, I hope this post helps you slow down, prepare intentionally, and start with a heart that's focused on what matters most.
