It's time for me to make a change

Hey, !
Listen, I am coming to you with full transparency. My health is not where it needs to be. For those who have been following me for a while, know that I have struggled with an autoimmune illness since childhood and it is something that I don't talk about often enough. Pair that with several pounds of baby weight that is too stubborn to leave after having my last baby 6 years ago, mama gotta get healthy!
Are you as healthy as you want to be? I know I'm not which is why it's time for me to make a change!

And this is a recent picture of what I look like now (full transparency I packed on some pounds!)
The extra pounds definitely do not help my auto immune issues. I've tried and failed to lose the weight on my own but now I found the help that I needed.
I started a free weight management program that the Wellness Box offers. Starting on the 20th, a group of ladies and I are hosting a 6 week metabolic reset event to help ourselves AND others prioritize our health!
We will be focusing on using a few key supplements that have been proven to work in helping reset the body's metabolism and help set it up for a new healthy journey.
