Hey, !
Mama, take your children to church, even if you have to take them alone. No matter how hard it is to get out the door on Sunday mornings, make it a priority and make it happen. (I'm preaching to myself here too!)
Fellowshipping with the saints in the church pew is one of the most important places for both you and your children. Setting the example while they are young will plant so many seeds in their little hearts.
While church won't save them, the Gospel of Jesus is mighty to save!

The Wellness Box Spotlight:
Here's a little update on my wellness challenge! I'm 3.5ish weeks in and it's been going very well. I've been making sure I'm eating enough protein, drinking enough water and moving my body more.
My favorite addition to my diet has been the delicious protein that I can easily drink via GC Control and Proflex protein powder! I either drink it like a chocolate milk mix or a make a protein shake. It's a quick, delicious and easy way to get my protein.
