Dear shoppers,
Please note all of the products to be uploaded into Innova Database need to be photographed with the block. We kindly ask to please arrange for the block yourself and we would reimburse your expense (max. 5 EUR, if a receipt is provided). This block may be cut for you by a carpenter or bought in a crafts store. Also check Amazon, if you have one in your country. Dimensions are 5 cm x 5 cm x 5 cm.
Another way is to make it yourself with a hard-cardboard paper; please make sure to choose for another color than white as our system’s AI may not calculate the product’s dimensions correctly, if white color on white background is used. Take a look at this easy to follow guide on how to make a cube: https://youtu.be/5YfeJjsew3A. Please remember: dimension is 5 cm on all sides.
WHY IS THE CUBE (Block) IMPORTANT AND HOW SHOULD YOU USE IT?
NOTE: close-up images of both ingredients’ list and nutritional table should be taken without the block (step nr. 6 & 7).
In the Definitions & Methodologies section of our Network Portal, you will find a short video explaining this process.
Also, it is advisable to purchase a lightbox for taking your pictures (with white light and white background/ size: 40cm x 30cm is preffered, should you need to photograph long products).
Thank you,
Regards
Adwin
