Avoid decision fatigue with 1 simple question...

May 12, 2021 10:36 pm

To get what you truly want out of life, that sh*t requires a lot of decision-making...

Which can cause a lot of fatigue and lag if you spend time overthinking everything like I used to.

Plus, it's too easy to make some decisions that are... we'll say, questionable. (In short, they don't serve your future self or any of your goals).

I remembered Dai Manuel's advice from a podcast episode we did together back in February; Dai broke down a beautifully simple way to make better decisions that actually align with your goals to propel you forward.

His advice was this: Ask yourself, "Will I regret doing or not doing this?"...

If the answer no, take action!

Do things you know you won't regret. Do it often enough & you might be surprised how fast you can be at making those necessary decisions to take you straight to your desired destination with less resistance :)

P.S - Do you have a special decision-making process?

P.P.S - This convo w/Dai was one of my favorites. He opens up about his incredible life journey and provides a lot of insight into taking back control of our own lives. You can find the podcast episode, HERE.
