Maybe you don't vibe with this, but if it's important for you to start caring less about what people think of your content, your ideas, business, etc... so you can evolve more rapidly
I dare you to walk silly.
"...That's weird."
It's a mindfulness practice that helps you become more aware of how you THINK other people will think of you. Kinda meta, I know.
You start to let go, become more carefree, and give grace to your inner child. If you do it often enough, the urge to resist doing something due to fear of judgment goes away…
Options: Walk sideways, skip, hop, criss cross, drunken wobble, shaky knees, backwards, whatever!!
It doesn’t have to be all day, it doesn’t even have to be for 5min.
Just try it for 30 seconds and see how you feel (probably silly, but that’s a good thing. It means it’s working).
Watch how something as simple as this can shift your perspective and give you a new sense of confidence within yourself.
P.S - If you refuse to do it, even just once… I'd encourage you to take a peek inside & ask yourself, “why is that?”
