Ricardo Diniz is not your usual speaker. In fact, he intentionally distances himself from the term 'Motivational Speaker' because he feels that in this day and age, where everyone and anyone seems to be a DJ (Digital Influencer or Life Coach) authenticity and real talent is lacking. Ricardo Diniz is on another level.
His passion is truly about Cultivating Human Potential. He works closely with corporations and individuals to bring out the best in each of us. Is he motivating? Hell yeah! But we see that as a byproduct of everything else he brings to the stage.
For 25 years Ricardo has been developing Missions & Expeditions to promote Sustainability and the Oceans around the world. As an eight year old he decided he was going to be a solo sailor. And, against all odds, the fishing village kid defied the unknown, prepared, and surpassed himself and has now sailed the equivalent of four laps around the world!
Ricardo Diniz is a brilliant and inspiring speaker, with a positive and inspiring attitude when faced with adversity. Ricardo has the ability to energize crowds, encourage change and leverage talent. Full Power Peaceful Resting
Ricardo Diniz has been sailing across the world's oceans on his own since he was a teenager. He had to learn numerous skills to survive the challenges of managing a boat that never stops moving, day and night. Yet, his biggest confrontation was managing a very personal battle with sea sickness, with fear and the inability to rest and sleep a peaceful night like most of us do, every night.
Once alone on the ocean, a solo sailor can only sleep around 10 to 15 minutes each time and usually a maximum of 4 hours in every 24 hours. Ricardo will be sharing with you the skills and processes he acquired, through a deep desire to connect with nature and the oceans.
