Happy Lord's Day, !

I'm thinking of this group today and thanking the Lord for you. I was so blessed with our time together on Wednesday night.

If you'd like to tell your story next month, on Wednesday evening March 20th (it's always the 3rd Wednesday), please let me know. Of course you decide how deeply you want to go into your story in your 10-20 minutes.

I meant to mention to you all that Called to Peace Ministries is having their women's retreat in May, and you can apply for a scholarship. A beautiful encouraging message for you, from the Scriptures:

This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. 

If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.

We know this: our God is not an abuser, and He is not the enabler of abusers. That's the prince of darkness who does that. We are the people of God, who walk in the light. The blood of our Savior has purified us, and we stand pure before our holy God.
