Hi ~

My Here's the Joy emails (aka Tiny Untwistings) go out almost every Sunday.

This Sunday I've been at the Called to Peace retreat for women survivors of abuse and those who help them. It's been a blessed time with over 400 Jesus-loving women together.

If you fit that description, I'd love to invite you for next year. And this year, it was good to see some of your beautiful faces there.

As I return and regroup, I want to ask you to give me your input:

What's a Scripture that's been twisted in your life that you don't know how to untwist?

A Scripture that makes you feel like God is on the side of wicked, or that you can never do enough to please Him, etc.

If I've written about it, I'll get that explanation or link to you. If I haven't, I'll put it in my list of teachings to research and write about.

I want to be sure what I’m writing is helpful for you, and you can help me do that.
