Hello my friends~

Usually when I post a blog post and send out the notification, I’m guessing you just go to the link, read the post, and get on with your day.

So I wanted to let you know about something that has changed just a bit about the Here’s the Joy website that you might not notice unless I tell you.

After almost 14 years of blogging, and with thanks to a patient and skilled co-laborer, the home page has gotten a re-vamp. (The website menu too, since it was getting unwieldy.)

It’s still somewhat under construction, but it was ready enough to go live this weekend.

One thing in particular I want you to notice about it.

I’m offering a free guide, “How to Enjoy the Bible Again (when you're ready) after Spiritual Abuse (without feeling guilty or getting triggered out of your mind).” You can go to my home page to get it.

It’s beautifully designed (not by me, haha), but it's kind of long. So if you'd like to have it as an audio, would you let me know? I’m willing to do that if enough people are interested.

Also . . .

You may have already suspected that I’m planning for the next book in the Untwisting Scriptures series to be published before the end of the year.

My tentative subtitle for this one is:

Suffering, Death (to Self), and Life

I’m excited about it, as always. There is so much beautiful truth to unravel when we shine His light on the twisted teachings.

If you'd like to see any particular Scripture addressed on these topics, or if you have any questions surrounding these topics, please let me know. I may not be able to cover your question, but I will certainly take it into consideration.
