The response to my request was overwhelming. I had to choose just a few, but there will be another opportunity to be an early reader when I make the call for (fearless) Amazon reviewers for the final version of the book.

Thank you again to all who responded! I'm guessing in 2 or 3 months the final version will be ready for book reviews. I'll let you know more at that time.
