We met Wednesday night, and if you weren't there, we missed you.

Wednesday night we were very blessed to hear about the difficult journeys of several wonderful lovers of the Lord. Thank you, Donna, Laurie, and Iain. Your hard-but-beautiful stories brought several of us to tears.

One person has already said she would like to tell her story that evening. I know we'd like for others to volunteer, if you would like to. Please do prepare with prayerful thought and consideration as to how the Lord has been showing up for you, even in the darkness.

And of course if you have other ideas for our meeting, we'd love to hear them.

So, the subject line of this email.

The consensus was that the monthly group feels that we would indeed benefit from having a Facebook group where more interaction could take place and everyone in the group could get to know each other better.

I went to Facebook to create it, but then I stopped because I realized I didn't know what to call it.

I wrote to Alicia Peterson--who asked me to make a FB group a LONG time ago and so, because of that desire and request, is hereby dubbed the co-admin of the group--and I asked her what she thought we should call it.

She suggested "Rooted and Grounded in Love" from Ephesians 3:17-19.

Well, I immediately loved that name if for no other reason than that I love Ephesians 3 and have written about it multiple times (how can we "know" something that "passes knowledge"?!) That prayer! That's reason enough.

BUT

Of course we need feedback from everyone.

So I and we would really appreciate hearing from you for your ideas for the name for the Facebook group. Whether you like this one or have a whole nother idea, we'd like to hear from you.

I look forward to receiving your replies, hearing who volunteers for next time, and getting that group started!
