[HCH] JOY is the result of...
Jan 21, 2021 3:55 am
Hello lovely ladies,
I have not spent a whole lot of time on social media today, but still feel like it was too much.
There's sadness...worry...fear...mockery...and more.
I wrote in my journal back in June of 2018, "JOY is the result of trusting the LORD with our circumstances."
God did not leave His throne today. He is still there!
In a world filled with fear and madness, we need more of God's Word than ever before!
God's Word is the force by which fear can be combated. It is also the force that builds our faith.
"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." - II Timothy 1:7 kjv
In a world of chaos and turmoil, put your eyes back on God and choose instant peace today!
As a child of God, you and I may face lots of conflicts and trials, but we are also very privileged as children of our Heavenly Father.
Continue in prayer, my dear friends...
"Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;" - Romans 12:12 kjv
Keep Walking in FAITH,

Today's Tidy Up Your Life Tips: Take Good Care of What God's Blessed You With!
I have a couple of swipes to share with you today...
- Mrs. Gertrude Luedike, Mother-in-law of Dr. Jeff Owens, said...
"You may not have much in this life, but what you do have, you make sure it is kept clean and in good repair."
- Mrs. Laura Keeton, a Pastor's Wife...
"Years ago, when Tony & I were dating, his mom had an old “beater” of a car. I remember helping her clean it one day (probably because I wanted to impress her 😉), and she told me that she worked to keep that car sparkling clean. The principle was this; if she kept that old car clean, the Lord would give her something better one day. (Faithful in small, faithful in big..)
This morning while I was wiping down my brand-new kitchen cabinets, I was reminded of that, and I was just praising the Lord that He gave me old beat up cabinets for over 20 years to take care of. But, I was even more thankful to be taking care of a beautiful new space today! 😉
The Lord is good, and if you will be faithful and content, He will do “exceeding abundantly” above what you can ask or think!" ~ Laura Keeton
