Just sayin’, if you missed this event, you’re going to need a doctor’s excuse. People, connections, inspiration, education and so much more. Congrats to HMC on delivering an amazing weekend filled with purpose and intent. What an incredible time we had at this year’s Houston Media Conference! It was such a joy to see familiar faces and connect with so many new ones. The good news…it will happen again next year.
First and foremost, a huge thank you goes out to our amazing interns—Darius, Caesar, and Gerald. On behalf of Hanne, Ray, and Raquael, we are so grateful for your hard work and dedication. Ladybird Luker cast in my first mainstream anime at Sentai and am premiering in multiple episodes! And I’m now in a jazz band and the lead singer. And I got 3rd place in a songwriting competition!
