The process is as follows:

1. First, you do a 15-minute call with one of our researchers. They'll ask you some questions about what draws you to finding calm through reflection and/or journaling and what made you sign up to test Habit in the first place. (you are given 4-5 time slots to pick from)
2. Then, you use Habit every day for a week and email us after using it. (We'll send you a reminder)
3. Lastly, you do a 15-minute outcomes call with our researcher. (you are given 4-5 time slots to pick from)
4. One of our team members send you your giftcard code in your email once you've completed all of the steps.
