“I stand upon my desk to remind myself that we must constantly look at things in a different way. You see, the world looks very different from up here. You don’t believe me? Come see for yourself. Come on. Come on! Just when you think you know something, you have to look at it in another way. Even though it may seem silly or wrong, you must try!”

grow your calm

hi - I think my previous emails my have gotten lost.

you signed up to be a beta tester for a product called habit.

what is habit?

habit is a reflection tool.

it's a deconstructed journal—it's not about writing pages and pages

it's about perspective.

it's about connecting new ideas and seeing how different ideas fit together in the context of your life.

habit gives you magically random reflections that always feel like exactly what you needed. (more on how it works later.)

habit helps you develop intuition and insight.

It's a calming, stress-relieving activity.

It can even help you better understand your emotions, decisions, and core beliefs.

you access habit at https://habit.am on your computer or phone.

key benefits:

  • Same relaxation/mood boost as journaling
  • Improves emotional regulation with lateral thinking.
  • Reflection cultivates self-awareness.

(click here for the scientific research behind these claims)

OK - so habit sounds pretty great, right? But it's in beta mode, meaning its not perfect. That's where you come in.

habit is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, making your journey towards self-awareness seamless and enjoyable. that being said, this is still an early access/beta product, so if you run into a bug or typo, let us know.

(and yes, habit is always lowercase. because its not about habit, it's about You.)

cost and accessibility:

As a beta tester, you have full access for free.

get started:

The first step is to try your first reflection on the site: habit.am

how do I provide feedback as a beta tester?

Your first step is to email back and share your first impression after doing a reflection. What do you wish we would add? What annoyed you?

Then, I will add you to a special email list where we check in with our beta testers with questions about our product as well as opportunities to get gift cards and prizes for giving feedback.
