what is habit good for?

Habit is a reflection tool. Many of you have already tried it and emailed me back that you felt an instant mood lift but also are curious to see how you feel after doing it daily for a few months.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Improved emotional resilience
  • Feeling calm more often
  • Reduced stress (even in stressful situations)
  • Increased sense of confidence with yourself
  • Feeling tuned to your intuition
  • Feeling spiritually attuned

Research shows a significant increase in resilience, coping with stress, regulation when faced with unexpected/difficult experiences, and improved relationships.

> "[Journaling and Reflection] is an adjunct low-cost, low-side effect therapy that can help family physicians in the management of common mental health symptoms that is supported by randomised controlled trials as summarised in this systematic review with meta-analysis."

Try habit here.

PS - New features are coming this week. A note taking tool so you an jot down notes/ideas when doing a reflection. We are also going to limit reflections (still working out how this is going to work) ALSO, coming next week is an analyzer of your reflections to see trends and patterns emerge.
