This is heartbreaking...

Hi,
Tik Tok is getting banned in highly populated countries like the US and India.
The heartbreaking thing?
All content creators from these regions who have put all their efforts into this platform have to start rebuilding.
It's one of the main reasons why digital marketing experts say you should diversify efforts. Don't always put your eggs in one basket unless you're sure it will last.
By the way we saw this with Twitter's video app Vine. Most of those creators moved over to YouTube.
Here's some advice if you're affected and are frustrated:
- Send your loyal Tik Tok audience to other platforms like Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
- Incentivise followers with valuable content or offers to engage on other platforms.
- Exclusively provide more value on other platforms so your audience moves over to the new network organically. You'll also start building a new audience base.
It's not over. Just think about it creatively.💫
Remember, if you've put in the effort and connected with your audience...you'd be surprised what they'd do for you.
Have a great week and eat loads of burritos (who doesn't love burritos) 🌯
Cheers,
Neil
