How to break down your goals in actionable steps (Part 4 of 4)

Howdy,

Like I was saying, this is where it snowballed...

1. I smashed the short course, scoring 98% (making myself feel good here).

2. I applied for a Digital Marketing Master's to see if I get an offer in the first place.

3. Gym was consistent and I got into real good shape (felt amazing).

4. Booked a trip with friends to climb Kilimanjaro.

5. Raised over £4500 for the charity 'AbleChildAfrica' (part of my Kili trip - make a difference guys).

6. Summited Kilimanjaro (I'm allowed to make myself feel good with this one).

7. Accepted the Digital Marketing Master's course offer.

8. Handed in my resignation (indescribable feeling).

9. Highest performer across the entire Digital Marketing course (shocked, humbled and over the moon).

10. Got a job straight after graduation (best decision to quit my previous career).

Do you see what happened?

I planned out things that would keep me busy, helped me achieve dreams of mine, highlighted goals that would make me feel good and take control.

This showed me there is good going forward.

Breaking down a big goal into smaller goals allows you to take a single step forward. Remember that.

Surrounding yourself with smaller achievements give you the power to make that goal happen.

Stepping forward gives you the momentum to achieve the big goal without even realising.

Take a step forward today, no matter how small - just know it is enough :D

You'll see the magic happen from there on.

Cheers,

Neil
