WonderCon 2025

Wow! WonderCon was a blast! It was most successful show to date! I saw so many great writers, artists, and other creatives that it's hard to describe. The trick with shows like this is not spending too much money! FYI... I failed!

I had a great time talking about books, reading, writing, and Mechhaven. I reconnected with some previous readers who bought books last year and enticed several more to jump into the Mechhaven Universe!

I also met several YouTubers and Podcasters, which was really cool. I did two interviews on-site, one with "Fine Reads" which you can click on the link below (I'm at 6:50), and one with my friends Marc and Trent at Geek Off The Street. Unfortunately, there were audio issues with my GOTS interview, so we'll have to reschedule and do another one closer to Book 5's release. I have one more interview scheduled today and another one in the works. I'll share the details when they come out.

16 Hidden Gem 💎 Fantasy + SciFi Indie Books from WonderCon 2025 (You NEED These!) (this one is a great overview of some of the awesome writers at WonderCon)

Here are some cool pictures highlighting the fun times at WonderCon. Thanks to everyone who stopped by, chatted, and bought some books. Thank you for your support!

We stared at this guy all weekend, so the Sorber and Montes family finally posed for a group photo!

Mechhaven Missives

Last weekend, while at WonderCon, I finished editing everything I had written up until that point. As I mentioned in the last newsletter, I have to add about five to six chapters to wrap everything up.

I worked on those chapters a bit this week, but still have more to go. I'll need to push my deadline to my editor to April 14th instead of 7th, but I have an extra day off coming up, so if all goes well I'll wrap everything up next weekend.
