Hi Kings and Queens,
Happy Wednesday!
Something incredible happened recently!
But before I tell you, let me share a story.
Today just happens to be Antigua's 42nd Independence Anniversary. Which is awesome, since I am from the Nation of Antigua and Barbuda. If you've never been please go, it's a paradise.
No, seriously, it is. It's got 365 beaches, you can swim with the sting rays, tour the island on Wadadli Cats, Explore the island, Eat Bun & Cheese. I could go on forever about how good it is.
Yet the truth is, when I first moved there, I hated it. Now you may ask yourself, Euwarnii, why would you hate the Paradise you just went on and on about it.
I'm glad you asked. Well, you see when I moved there, it was right before common entrance exam. Normally you get years to prepare, but for me, I had to learn 5 years worth of knowledge in about 10 months.
On top of that I lived in the countryside with my grandparents. Which was the complete opposite of living in New York.
So why does all of this matter to you? Because your best days in life can come from what seems like your worst experiences.
See, If I never lived in the countryside of Antigua, where I didn't have the distraction of watching all my favorite shows and games, I would never love arts and books the way I do. I wouldn't even be a Mangaka and have made BOLDSAGA.
If never just read dictionaries and Thesauruses for fun, I never would have fallen in love with research and Culture.
When I finally got a PlayStation 2, I cherished it. I remember playing Jak and Daxter, pausing it, and looking over the beach, the air filled with adventure. It made me love Code and set one of my Dreams to make a video game.
If I never went back to Antigua, I never would have learned so much about the Culture first hand. These are the experiences that broadened my horizons on Humanity at large.
The moral of the story is,
never despise small beginnings. Have peace in the storms.
That test you're going through will turn into your testimony. That trial will turn into your triumph. Your challenges and bad situations are working for your good. To mold you and shape you to meet and fulfill your purpose!
Which is why I made this video to Celebrate my island's independence.
So now I can tell you part 1 of the big news, I'm so excited.....
Ok here it is.
